My Story

Liam was born and raised in Denver, where he attended Denver Public Schools, graduating from Denver East High School. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from Metropolitan State University of Denver and most recently completed a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University.

Before settling into his career as a therapist, Liam held various roles, including youth development professional, church youth director, and emergency services coordinator. These experiences deepened his commitment to supporting others and enriched the perspective he brings to his practice today.

From a young age, Liam was drawn to the complexities of life, seeking knowledge and meaningful connection. He observed leaders who dedicated themselves to others, often at the expense of their own well-being, leading to burnout. His own leadership roles and training revealed similar patterns of unsustainable behavior. Determined to find a healthier path, Liam embraced faith, therapy, and ongoing education, learning to lead a life that could withstand hardship while pursuing fulfillment.

Liam firmly believes that it takes a village to raise a child, often reflecting on the fact that he has yet to meet a fully "grown" adult—a reminder of the lifelong journey of growth and learning. He enjoys writing, spending time outdoors, and connecting with those around him. Liam strives to create a space where clients can explore their own freedom, resilience, and deeper sense of purpose, empowering them to reach their fullest potential.
